Start with the place
Party tent planning for Woodstock gatherings.
A backyard meal, an HOA gathering and a church picnic can have the same guest count and need very different tent layouts. In a backyard, measure the clear, level lawn and the delivery path. On a school or church campus, check the surface, accessible routes and the hours when our crew can enter.
For a public park event, confirm permission before choosing equipment. Dupree Park’s rules require a Parks & Recreation permit for organized group activities, business functions or special events. A park reservation alone should not be treated as approval to install a tent.
We route deliveries from the Acworth area to Woodstock. Share the full event address, venue contact and delivery access times so we can quote the route and installation correctly. A Woodstock mailing address does not by itself establish which permit authority applies; check the actual site with the venue or local jurisdiction.
Where we deliver in Woodstock

We deliver throughout Woodstock, including ZIP codes 30188 and 30189, Towne Lake, Downtown Woodstock and the Olde Rope Mill area. Share the exact address: a level backyard, a church lawn and a school parking area each need their own access and anchoring check.
Woodstock is part of our Cherokee County service area. We also deliver to nearby Canton, Holly Springs, Acworth and Kennesaw. Delivery is priced by address, and installation and pickup times are confirmed around the route and venue access.
For a church or school festival, include the contact who can approve the setup location. For a public park, get permission before reserving equipment. Serving the Olde Rope Mill area does not mean tents are automatically approved inside the park; check its event rules with Parks & Recreation.

Your planning guide
Guest count first. Footprint second.
Choose the arrangement before the canopy size. Dining tables, a buffet, access aisles and support poles all take space.
Count people and activities
Tell us how many guests will be seated at once, whether you prefer round or rectangular tables, and whether food service or a separate gathering area belongs under the tent.
Lay out furniture and circulation
Leave room to pull chairs out and move between tables. Include entrances, accessible routes and interior poles in joined tent layouts. Compare your arrangement in our tent layout planner, then have our team confirm it.
Measure beyond the canopy
The tent sizes below describe canopy footprints, not total setup clearance. Stakes, weights, access paths and overhead clearance need extra room. Send site measurements and tell us about gates, steps, slopes and underground lines.
Plan walls, power and weather
Ask about sidewalls when you want more enclosure; they affect access and airflow and need crew review. Discuss power for lighting or other equipment. Make a separate severe-weather shelter plan: a tent is not thunderstorm shelter.
Check venue requirements early. The City of Woodstock lists tents among permits requiring plan review. Confirm what applies to your site through Woodstock Building & Safety and your venue before finalizing the setup.
Wedding tent rentals in Woodstock
Start a wedding tent plan with the parts of the day that need cover. A ceremony uses space differently from a seated reception; a rehearsal dinner may need a smaller dining arrangement. Tell us which areas share a tent and when the furniture needs to be ready.
For around 100 seated guests, compare the 40×40 high-peak tent and 20×80 high-peak tent as layout options. Each has a 1,600-square-foot canopy footprint. Neither is a guaranteed fit based on headcount alone: include furniture, aisles, support poles and any buffet or dance space, then have us review the plan.
Our role is rental equipment, tent installation and pickup. Your venue or event coordinator handles the wider celebration. We do not provide a venue, catering or full wedding planning.
For a dressed dining table, the 120-inch round floor-length linen starts at $22 and the 90×132-inch rectangular floor-length linen starts at $28. Review linen sizing and ordering details early; the current linen guide asks for orders 10 days ahead.

Professional installation and removal are included with high-peak tents. School, church, festival and after-hours requests require schedule confirmation.

High peak describes a roof profile; frame tent describes a support system. Our listed range focuses on high-peak tents plus a 10×20 pop-up canopy. If your venue specifically requires a frame tent, send us its requirements so we can confirm the structure before booking.
Finish the layout
Pair the tent with the right tables and chairs.
Choose table shapes around how guests will eat and move. Add a separate serving table if it belongs in the covered area, then account for every chair in the layout.

Need linens or more furniture choices? Explore the tables and chairs collection and confirm the fit for your selected tables.
For high-peak tents, solid and window sidewall options start at $20 each; confirm the compatible panel count, fit, entrances and final price in your quote. Review solid or window sidewall options and tent string lighting with the selected tent. Tent string lights are $25 for a 20×20 setup; lighting needs suitable power, and quantity and layout can vary with your tent size. Sidewalls do not turn a tent into severe-weather shelter.

Delivery & installation
Grass or pavement: tell us before booking.
For Woodstock backyards, HOA spaces, school grounds and company events, the surface and access route are part of the quote. Suitable paved sites can use approved weights; suitable grass sites may use stakes. Our team makes the final placement and anchoring decision.
- Clear the site and route. Share gates, stairs, slopes, overhead obstacles and delivery restrictions. Stairs need owner approval in advance; choose an accessible location if the crew cannot safely reach the planned site.
- Identify underground services. Our team coordinates utility checks before staking. Tell us about private irrigation, invisible fences and other private lines; these are not all covered by a standard Georgia 811 locate.
- Confirm event and venue hours. Give us the actual event times and any fixed access or pickup windows before reserving. Routing and any extra timing or labor requirements belong in the quote.
- Plan safe power and weather access. Lighting or other equipment may need power or a generator. Keep access to a substantial building or enclosed, metal-topped vehicle with windows closed for thunderstorms, following National Weather Service guidance.
We deliver, install the tent and return for pickup. We do not offer customer warehouse visits or customer pickup. Delivery charges are based on the event address.

Before you reserve
Woodstock tent rental questions.
What size tent should I rent for a Woodstock event?
Start with your guest count and how guests will use the space. Seated meals need a different layout from a standing reception. Include tables, chairs, buffet space, aisles and any support poles, then send us your available site measurements. The advertised tent dimensions are the canopy footprint; safe anchoring and access need additional room. We confirm the layout and site before installation.
Can you install a tent on a driveway or parking lot?
Suitable concrete or asphalt sites may work with a crew-approved weight and anchoring plan. Tell us the surface before booking so we can quote the required equipment and check access, level ground and clearance. Grass installations may use stakes after utility and site checks. Do not move the tent or its anchors after our crew installs them.
Are tables and chairs set up for us?
Professional tent installation and removal are included with our high-peak tent rentals. Tables and chairs are dropped off unless you add optional setup at $1 per table and $0.50 per chair. Include your furniture layout and access details when requesting the quote so the service and charges are confirmed.
Can the tent stay overnight or for a long weekend?
Overnight and multi-day arrangements depend on the selected tent, availability and delivery route. High-peak tents may be arranged for up to four days when routing allows. Your quote confirms the dates and rental total; the 10×20 pop-up has different multi-day pricing. Share venue access hours and any fixed delivery or pickup deadlines before reserving.
What happens if rain or storms are forecast?
Contact us promptly to review the forecast and your venue plan. Changes, cancellations and any refund or credit follow your rental agreement. Tents are not severe-weather shelters: plan a nearby substantial building or enclosed, metal-topped vehicle with windows closed for thunderstorms, and follow the setup team’s instructions about safe use.
What deposit is required to reserve a tent?
Your itemized quote and rental agreement state the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your tent order. Review those terms before confirming the reservation. Call 678-637-2426 if you need clarification or have a school, church or company purchasing process to accommodate.
Does a tent need electricity or a generator?
The tent itself does not need blower power. Lighting and any other powered equipment need suitable electricity. Tell us what you plan to connect and where power is available so we can review the load and cable route. If the site lacks suitable power, ask us about adding a rental generator sized for the equipment.
Which tent should we consider for a wedding reception of about 100 guests?
Compare the 40×40 and 20×80 high-peak tents as starting points for a layout review; both have a 1,600-square-foot canopy footprint. That is not a promise that a particular guest arrangement will fit. Round or rectangular tables, pulled-out chairs, accessible aisles, support poles and any buffet or dance area all affect the plan. Send the site measurements and furniture layout so we can confirm the size or recommend more space.
Can you supply tents and seating for a ceremony or rehearsal dinner?
Yes. We rent tents, tables, chairs and available linens, with tent delivery, professional installation and pickup. Tell us whether you need rows of chairs for a ceremony or dining tables for a rehearsal dinner so the layout and access can be checked. Table and chair setup is optional at $1 per table and $0.50 per chair. We provide rental equipment and installation, not full wedding planning, a venue or catering.
