⛺ Flexible Event Coverage
The 10 ft × 20 ft footprint works well for seating, check-in, serving, shade, or a small event station. Tell our team how you plan to use it so placement can be reviewed before delivery.
📏 Space & Access
A clear area larger than the tent footprint is required for safe setup and access. Surface, anchoring, overhead clearance, and final placement must be confirmed with our team.

Tents are not a substitute for severe-weather shelter. Use depends on safe conditions, proper anchoring, and the instructions given by the setup team.

No worries if it rains! You can reschedule your rental at no extra cost. Please let us know by 9:00 AM the day before delivery. Final weather and reschedule details follow your rental agreement and booking terms.

Setting up our 10x20 pop-up tent on concrete, asphalt, or anywhere we can't use stakes? These 80 lb anchors attach right at the tent legs and keep your canopy steady for the whole event.
How Many You Need
10x20 Pop-Up Tent: 4 anchors recommended (one on each corner)
Want extra hold on a breezy day? Add up to 6 so every leg is anchored
Good To Know
Each anchor weighs 80 lbs and is placed by our crew during setup
On grass, we can usually stake the tent instead, and we call Georgia 811 before any staking so underground lines are marked first

Velcro-on side walls made for our 10x20 pop-up tent. Each wall covers one 10 ft section, so you can block the afternoon sun or a breeze on just one side, or close in the whole tent for more privacy.
