Are the quote, measurement, and live mockup free?
Yes. We visit the property, measure the approved areas, prepare the quote, and show you a live lighting mockup at no charge. There is no obligation and no deposit until you are comfortable with and confirm the mockup.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes, but only after you are comfortable with and confirm the free mockup and approve the proposal. The 50% non-refundable deposit then reserves your installation date.
Do I own the lights?
No. This is a seasonal lease. We provide the commercial-grade system, install it, maintain it, remove it, and store it.
What happens if a light needs service?
Season-long maintenance is included. Contact us and our team will schedule service for the installed display.
Can I choose any light color?
Yes. Choose warm white, crisp white, red, green, multicolor, a mixed holiday palette, or a custom color plan. Returning clients still receive 10% off the following season if they change colors or add to the design.

Yes. We design and install lighting for businesses, HOAs, churches, schools, venues, and community properties.
