Rotations
Build Stations Around Your Schedule
Most field days run grade by grade, with classes rotating through stations on a timer. Mix a few big attractions with smaller games so lines stay short. Obstacle courses handle head-to-head racing, dry slides work on campuses without water access, and interactive games fill in smaller stations. Warm-weather dates can add water slides if the campus allows it.
Checklist
Campus Checklist for Principals and PTA Leads
Setup areas
Flat grass or turf for each station, away from sprinkler heads, with room for lines.
Access
Measure the narrowest gate or path from the parking area to each spot.
Power
Note outlet locations. Each blower needs power within about 50 feet, or add a generator.
People
Plan volunteer or staff coverage at each station; we’ll tell you what each attraction needs.

Field Days We’ve Supported
Johnson Elementary’s three-year Fall Festival relationship grew into a week-long Field Day. Acworth Elementary spaced multiple attractions across its field for student rotations two years in a row. Shelton Elementary used indoor games and outdoor obstacle courses for a weather-flexible Spring Fling. See more on our school field day rentals page and event portfolio.
