LED Mobile Movie Screen is a large-event video display for school movie nights, church gatherings, corporate presentations, festivals, community celebrations, and drive-in-style events. Call 678-637-2426 for pricing and event planning.
🎬 Big-Screen Event Experience
The setup uses a 17 ft × 10 ft high-resolution LED screen with event audio. For drive-in-style events, audio can be provided through guests’ car radios according to the event setup.
👥 Attended Operation
An attendant remains with the screen during the event to operate and monitor the display. The event organizer should provide the planned content and schedule as directed before setup.
📍 Site & Access Planning
Vehicle access, screen placement, guest viewing area, power, audio, content connection, and event timing must be reviewed in advance. The screen is designed for outdoor event use, but final operation always depends on safe site and weather conditions.
🕙 Evening Events
Events extending beyond 7:00PM must be arranged by phone so the time can be changed manually. Call 678-637-2426 before booking an evening movie, festival, church, school, or community event.
🌧️ Rain Policy
No worries if it rains! You can reschedule your rental at no extra cost. Please let us know by 9:00 AM the day before delivery. Final weather and reschedule details follow your rental agreement and booking terms.
