The machine is cleaned and prepared before each rental. A clear, level setup area is required.
🌧️ Rain Policy
No worries if it rains! You can reschedule your rental at no extra cost. Please let us know by 9:00 AM the day before delivery. Final weather and reschedule details follow your rental agreement and booking terms.

▶ Cancellation Policy 🌧️
The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event, by 8am. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund
Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but is held on file as a raincheck for future event
Day before by 8am: no payments are refundable and remaining balance is due
Third Party services such as face painting, balloon artists, magicians, event attendants, etc are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the unit to the ground.
