This Bounce and Slide is designed to be used with a dry slide or waterslide! If used with a waterslide, there is a $50 water charge due to the extra water weight, labor, and in-depth cleaning procedures.
▶ Cancellation Policy 🌧️
The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event, by 8am. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund
Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but is held on file as a raincheck for future event
Day before by 8am: no payments are refundable and remaining balance is due
Third Party services such as face painting, balloon artists, magicians, event attendants, etc are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
